Terms and Conditions
YOUR AGREEMENT
By selecting “I Agree” below, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the djaafar.com Privacy Policy which is implicitly incorporated in these Terms and Conditions. Access to the djaafar.com website is only authorised if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to access products through the djaafar.com website. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between djaafar.com and you and govern your use of the Website. These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified by djaafar.com from time to time without notice to you. By selecting “I Agree” below, you agree to be bound by any amendment to these Terms and Conditions from the date any such amendment is published on the djaafar.com website.
WARRANTIES
Warranty on DJAAFAR, FSP and EV goods is valid for 12 months from the date of payment. It applies to faulty goods and manufacturing and excludes wear and tear mishandling etc. we offer exchange or repair the item where possible. Otherwise a credit note will be placed on the customer’s account on receipt of the faulty item by DJAAFAR. Cost of return is the responsibility of the customer. No full refund of payment will be entered into.
Warranty for Cerruti 1881, Jean Louis Scherrer, Charles Jourdan, Ungaro and Smalto is valid for 24 months from the date of payment. The product warranty covers only faulty goods and manufacturing. Otherwise a credit note will be placed on the customer’s account on receipt of the faulty item by DJAAFAR. Cost of return is the responsibility of the customer. No full refund of payment will be entered into.

- Lead Times for Forward Orders
If the item you have selected is not in stock we will receive a request and will get back to you with more information about availability, lead time and deposits terms. A 50% deposit in required to process and secure your order.
